The L.A.W.S was started to help the poor animals on the island of Lesvos.
So many strays and so many that have been neglected and have the need for love, care and attention.
The Society was started in 1995 by people who love animals, people from all walks of life.
Please peruse the site and any practical help or donations would be most welcome, as the Society is run by volunteers and always looking for help.
Resistered as a charity in Greece.
Co-operating with R.S.P.C.A. and GAWF (Greek Animal Welfare Fund).

Ο Φιλοζωικός Σύλλογος Λέσβου δημιουργήθηκε το 1995 στο νησί της Λέσβου, για να βοηθήσει κυρίως τα αδέσποτα ζώα που έχουν εγκαταλειφθεί και χρειάζονται φροντίδα. Προσπαθούμε να ευαισθητοποιήσουμε την κοινή γνώμη του νησιού μας για τα προβλήματα των ζώων, διεκδικούμε τα δικαιώματά τους και την εφαρμογή του νόμου όταν αυτά παραβιάζονται.
